Individuals
You may be single, or dating, or healing from heartbreak, or feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to shift. You’re tired of repeating patterns, questioning yourself, or feeling like love is just out of reach. Friends try to help, but it’s not enough. You want clarity, healing, and a space to understand what’s really going on in your relational life.
This might be the moment to pause, reflect, and begin again - with support.
These are the different stages of love, and you might recognize yourself in one of them. Each one opens the door to a different kind of therapeutic exploration.

Established Relationship Stages
You may be in a committed relationship, but navigating it on your own.
Perhaps your partner isn’t ready for therapy, or you’ve chosen to focus on your own growth first. You might be facing recurring conflicts, emotional distance, or trying to make sense of changes that have left you feeling disconnected or stuck.
